Junker Properties

Hello BP Fam,
I have question about junker properties that have delequent taxes. c
I come across properties that have unpaid taxes. If the has unpaid taxes of say about $2000.00 or a little more would it be a bad deal to try to wholesale the property? How can a make something like that work if possible? Thanks in advance
