Length of Time on Wholesale Contract

How much time is a wholesaler allowed to find a buyer? How long is the home in contract? Thank you all so much.

@Andy Morris all contract terms are negotiable. A standard 30 day term is suitable. However I had a property under contract for nearly a year because the seller could not sell due to honoring a lease agreement.  We agreed to a much longer than normal IP (inspection period) and COE (close of escrow). We were able to close the transaction a year later.
