Looking into purchasing the fast track profit system by clever investor for learning how to wholesale properties. I’m new to the game and looking for as much information as I can get to close my first deal. Has anyone on here tried it or bought it before? Need some advice on how to get started. How do I find cash buyers?, How do I find the wholesale contracts, how do I find the properties? Please let me know. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
