Probate Question
I'm working on a deal where there is a 26K child support lien attached to the property. The lien is because of the son of the deceased, but the brother of the deceased is the executor of the estate. It states in the will that if the son contests any decisions made with the estate, he can be removed from the will. So my question is if he is removed from the will, will the lien go with him?
