First property under contact

I just got a property under contract today it’s a little harder how everyone makes it Out to be I called 10 investors three property management companies and two lenders I’m not stopping I’m going to close this deal in 15 days because I have faith in myself and God that I can do this.

Yes I’m going to close on it on the close 24th I had a lawyer and a title company sit with me and the homeowner and the homeowner and his family understands what I am doing and what they’re getting I got this property to hold long term hopefully.
