Looking to invest in real estate. Originally wanted to buy a duplex and rent out the other side, however I found out I simply can’t afford the mortgage/bills by myself without a tenant. I don’t want to purchase this, and get into a bad situation without a tenant and get behind the 8 ball. Any suggestions on what to do in my situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
