East Chicago In good or bad
Hello, newer to BP and was looking over the numbers on a hand full of MFs with great CAP rates in East Chicago, IN. I would like to get some advice on people who first hand have experience with this area in long term buy and hold MFs. I know there are going to have more turnovers and more in repairs but even after factoring 15% to vacancy and repair cost, the numbers are still great! Any1 care to dive in?
