Wholesaling question with Mother-in-law issue
I am new to wholesaling and my mother in-law is thinking about calling another investor to sale her home. I told her that I could do it and I would do it with getting little to no profit. The question I have is, how does this work if she still owes a morgage? Also, is this something I should do in the first place? I feel if she goes through with it, I could do right by her more so than someone else. Thanks
