Buyers first or deal first ? Which is better ?

When wholesaling should you focus on networking with potential buyers to know what they want first? Or finding great deals and present them to buyers? I’ve seen many different opinions on this but i never asked bigger pockets.

You don't pick.

You need to do it all. Although it is more reliable (note I said reliable, not easier) to get buyers on your list when you have a deal,  don't sit there twiddling your thumbs, waiting for a deal before you look into buyers.

Yes it is smart to find properties based on buyers specs. Always smart to do, but realize this. If you have a deal.. as in an actual deal deal... you will find a buyer for it. I promise you that!

Just do! It doesn't matter what, just proceed, grow, get things checked off the check list.

But OK OK If you really just want an answer to your question, fine

The answer is...

"website".

That comes first.

thank you thank you and the crowd goes wild.
