Refi commercial loan into residential loan
I’m working with a wholesaler who needs to do a double close on a residential property so referred me to a commercial lender. The commercial loan terms are reasonable except I dislike the 5 year balloon. If the property otherwise looks good, can I refi after a few months into a conventional residential loan? I like the security of a 15 or 30 fixed. Never worked with a commercial lender before so I don’t know what I don’t know. Thanks all.
