You guys, i'm working on this deal right now and i having trouble deciding what i should do.....
I don't know if this is a good deal or Not...my concern is the area, i'm in WA state so i have no clue how it is in Indianapolis..here are some of the address..

3242 N. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis
2954 Ruckle St., Indianapolis
847 W. 29th St., Indianapolis
Please let me know what you guys think about this one.
