Estate Property... Can executors or executrix(s?) still do creative things like land contracts, lease/options, etc?

I am talking with an executrix of a property that is free and clear. Can she do any creative structuring with the property like a land contract, owner financing, or lease/option? She is the only one getting anything from the estate.

I've never been in this situation before and my gut answer is no, but just thought I'd throw this out there. Thanks in advance!
