I've been contacting several real estate attorneys in my area and nobody knows what I'm talking about when I ask about double closings and assignment of contracts. So here I am asking if fellow investors on bigger pockets have a referral they could send me. I would greatly appreciate it. I can not move forward in my journey until I find an attorney.
