I've heard alot of different strategies on how to go about being successful in your business. Is it better to pay off your home/one of your investment properties or is it best to keep investing your funds towards more flips and rental properties?

@Keith Odom this is a very personal question and the answer depends on your risk tolerance. I personally have always chosen to funnel funds back into more properties as opposed to trying to pay down debt. Paying down debt is fine, but it will slow you down quite a bit because debt is your leverage as an investor or business owner.
