Comps/ MLS access through Realtor for Wholesale business
Hey BP community,
I've been wholesaling for about a year & a half and have closed on 5 deals thus far. I'm looking to grow and I know i'd do better with more accurate and exact comps (MLS). I know a few people with MLS access through ties with realtors and see the benefit. How would anyone recommend gaining access to the MLS in a win- win scenario? I've even offered a big chunk of my deals closed as an incentive to partner and allow access. Any opinions on the matter?

You might try finding an agent willing to provide you comps for either a small fee, or work out an agreement with them. If you come across a lead that you just can't make work on a wholesale level, give them the lead to sell it retail. Don't abuse the relationship of course, but there are agents out there that are starving for leads and would appreciate them, from anyone.
