Im trying to think of a good name for a website, any suggestions?

Im trying to think of a good domain name for a local website that I will use to advertise to seller looking to sell their house fast and to cash investors looking to buy good deals.

I was going to put the city name + good keyword / something that explains the process with out being extremely long.

Do you think it is better to do one site for just the investors and another site just for the sellers or having them both on the same site is ok? just different sections?
