Wholesaling Mobile Homes is it Worth it?

Hey's guys I have a Real Estate Wholesaling business. Lately I been getting a lot of Motivated seller's calling or contacting me thru my website, wanting to sell their homes but they are mobiles. I been at this for a year now and haven't touched them, but I feel like I could be missing out! Any advice or tips dealing with mobile or manufactured home's would be appreciated.
