Frinding Recent Sells Through Local Newspapers
I know that the MLS is the best route to find a list of comparable sells, but I was wondering if the "recent real estate sales" in local newspapers are reliable. I put a link below of a local newspapers I read in Washington D.C. called "The InTowner" and "Hill Rag". Hill Rag states that the information is based on the MRIS (Metropolitican Regional Information Systems) It's a search engine that generates real estate transactions. Any insight would help.
Thank you,
Sierra
