Virtual Wholesaling: How to get the cash buyers in for a showing?

For anyone who sells/assigns properties non-locally, do you have any suggestions for how to allow potential cash buyers to see a property you have under contract?

I spoke to someone who did this a few years ago. My memory is hazy but I loosely recall him saying that a driveby was enough for some, maybe all of them to determine if it was something they wanted. Seems reasonable as an early filter. I do think before buying I'd want to walk inside too though.
