Will being on a deed on a family property affect getting an FHA?

My parents are in the process of being a condo for rental purposes and were considering putting me on the deed BUT I have some concerns on how that deed under my name would not allow me to be eligible for an FHA when I decide to buy a home for myself?

I would like to take advantage of the FHA but I do not want to ruin my eligibility by putting my name on the deed. Just looking for some advice and others opinions on this concern.
