JV agreement for daisy chain wholesaling

Hey BP Community! I am trying to wholesale a wholesale deal that came across my inbox, but I have never done it before and want to make sure that I am protected in the transaction and don't get cut out. Does anyone have any resources or tips they'd be willing to share in terms of a JV contract? And in your experience, what is the best way to close the deal? Get the contract assigned to me and do a double close? Is a double close expensive? How do I avoid having to put up money for transactional lending, or is there no avoiding it?

Appreciate any and all input!

All the best,

Seham
