Is wholesaling dead in Columbus, Ohio?

I was recently told that wholesaling no longer has its place in Columbus like it use to...just curious about why that might be.

Not even close to true- I get 8-10 wholesaled a day. 

On the flip side, most are people charging too close to retail so they make $30k and the Rehabber makes $15k is they’re lucky. But like anything in real estate, it’s a numbers game. For every 8-9 bad deals, there’s 1 good one you have to jump on.
