Working with realtor who represents cash-buyers.

Hey, everyone

So at my REIA meeting, I met a realtor who represents cash-buyers. Now, I do have a buyers list already built up, but just in case I ever run into the problem of not finding a buyer, it'd be nice to use her connections.

My question, though, is how would she get paid? I imagine I'd have to factor her commission in when putting in the offer on the property.

Anyone have experience with this?
