Using A Buyer's Agent

Aishatu Meacham

I'm new to wholesaling and just want to know if using a buyer's agent is a legit option for finding a buyer cash or not. Is there anyone or anyone you know that uses this method on a regular basis (assuming you use a lot of methods to find a buyer w/ this being one of them.)

Thanks

@Aishatu Meacham - When we wholesale our houses we already own them. As part of my marketing system, I reach out to real estate agents and offer them a buyer's commission if they have a buyer.  I have sold many this way.
