Abandoned Fire Damaged Properties
I come across so many motivated sellers that will give fire damaged property away for pennies! But I don’t have any investors who will touch them.
Are there any investors that specialize in
purchasing these type of homes? Where should I look?
Or should I just steer clear from fire damaged properties?
