I am buying a short sale property through an agent as an investment. The problem that im having is she called me and wanted me to add to the addenda that "Buyer will pay a processing fee of $375.00. She said this is what the company she works for charges to keep my records for seven years or something like that. Im not understanding it at all. It seems like this might be something that will come out of her pay and shes trying to make me pay it. Any input would be gladly appreciated.
