Wholesaling-where do I start?

Stacey Allen
Posted

Hey y’all! I’m in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and I know this is a good area for real estate investing! I have been listening to the BP podcasts and gained some knowledge there but I really don’t know where to start with wholesaling. I have little cash so I understand that wholesaling is the best way to begin a real estate investment journey...however, I’m looking for some guidance on the first steps to take. I appreciate any advice that you’re willing to give!

BP podcasts are a great way to start. Find some good books, "The Art of Wholesaling Properties", "If you can't WHolesale after this I've got nothing for you." both can be found on Amazon. Youtube - the flipman, Chris Goff, Wholesaling Inc. Max Maxwell. After you've watched a dozen of these from each person, you should have a pretty good grasp. Then as Tom Krol says, Take MAssive IMperfect Action - in other words, just go to it, and you will make mistakes, but you learn along the way...and YES, I am practicing what I'm preaching!
