Wholesaling in Oregon

Hello everyone! I’m currently in Oregon looking to get into the wholesale business, I’ve done my homework & have a decent understanding. I’ve been driving for dollars & have about 20-25 homes that I could cold call. But I’m just wanting to hear about locals getting wholesaling deals done in the Portland metro area? Also once I gets contracts signed & have a buyer interested what is the next step to get it CLOSED? Take the contracts to a real estate attorney or a title company?
