as a wholesaler do I need to pay for due dilligence
Hello, quick question...when I get a property under contract( land or residential) with standard contingencies like inspections, surveys and perc test as a wholesaler do I need to come out of pocket and get these done before I assign the contract to an end buyer? Or is it either the Seller's or end buyers responsibility to cover those cost?
And if so than I would obviously need to assign the contract before these contingencies expire so the end buyer has time to do his due diligence, correct?
