New investor looking to learn more about wholesaling

Hi everyone,

I'm very new to real estate investing and was curious if anyone knows of (or has taken) a class or program that has helped them get started with wholesaling. I know what wholesaling is and the general steps to complete a wholesale deal, but I'm specifically looking to learn more about HOW the deal is actually conducted (double close vs. contract assignment, legal concerns, etc.). I am more interested in the small details of a typical wholesale deal as I am looking to dive deep on this subject. Please let me know if you are able to point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks,

Bailey

@Bailey Braunecker Id recommend wholesaling inc as a paid program with some quality information if you are serious about treating it like a business.
