A house on the market Can be wholesale?
Hello everybody
A seller called me that he is interested selling his house. I went to check on the house.
But the house is already on the market with a real estate agent.
Can I put this house on contrat? Is it legal? How the buyers are going to deal with the agent?
Please give me your advice. thanks

If it's already listed with an agent. Your best bet is to walk away and move on to the next property. Wholesaling a listed property can be done. However, it's an entirely different ballgame. For now, stick with non-listed properties.
