Do you know any investor friendly attorney in NY?

If the deal do not close, some attorney said they will charge me $450+ title work or $750 for all work. I don't think they are investor friendly. As a wholesaler, I will bring in business for them, average wholesaler will close 2-4 houses a months, that's a lot of money to them that they shouldn't be rude to me. I am new to this business, so I am not sure if the deal definitely will close, and also I need a good friendly attorney.
How do you approach your attorney if you want to ask what if the deal didn't close how much you will be charged?
