Working first Wholesale Deal..HELP!!

Hey my name is Reggie. I am 25 and just transitioned into Real Estate. I came across my first potential deal that I am looking to wholesale. Did numbers, looked at comps, and have the seller where I want him, but I’m having hiccups on what exactly to do next. I scheduled to meet with him and take a look at his property Tuesday, July 23rd and I am doing what you would call, jumping in the fire and learning on the fly. Can someone w/ experience offer some guidance please!?
