Hello Everybody,

I have been looking for an attorney who has experience in wholesaling real estate property in the Lexington or Columbia South Carolina area. Also would that attorney have all of the contracts necessary that I would need to wholesale in South Carolina. I have found many variations on wholesaling contracts that may not work in South Carolina. Thanks in advance for all assistance!!!!

Jewel

You should touch base with local wholesalers at your REI. I'm sure that they have the contracts etc.
