North Texas Wholesaling Question

We are looking to acquire some properties in the Little Elm, Frisco, The Colony area to go with the one we already have.  I am thinking of looking at some wholesalers.  Heard lots of good and bad which makes it a difficult path to navigate.  The only wholesaler at the moment I am aware of locally is MyHouseDeals.com.  Question is where do I find wholesalers and more importantly how do we sort out the good from the bad? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

@Wayne Emminizer A lot of my clients find their deals through wholesalers that I've connected them with. 70% rule can be tough to come by, but you should have no problem finding something at 75-80% (of ARV minus repair costs). Wholesalers usually spend more time marketing to sellers that to buyers, so you may have better luck finding these companies by searching "sell my house" or "we buy houses". Have your friends and family save wholesaler's letters & postcards that come in the mail, and call on those. Don't forget about all the wholesaler right here on BiggerPockets too!
