Having trouble closing

First off I’d like to say I know it doesn’t come over night I work two jobs doing repo full time and working part time with a wholesale start up i am also a young father I’ve built a pipe line but I’m having a lot of trouble closing it feels like, I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong this will be my first deal when I land one and if the spread is big enough I plan on quitting repo and going in full time witch is a dream of mine I have a script and all the tools at the table I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong I was hopping some one here could point me in the right direction or give some advice please message back with some helpful info please and thank you

@Dylan Rosado Is the problem that you are finding deals and cannot follow through, or is it getting to the trouble that your processes aren't following through? Either way you should continue to educate yourself. Listen to podcasts. Read the forums, blogs, books etc... Network, go to your local REIA.
