HEY BP, just need some input on how to add a AOC to a contract? Been getting push back from agents about me adding it to a contract!

@Samuel Abundes If you are trying to wholesale properties listed with agents you are going to keep getting pushback. Agents are looking for actual buyers for their clients properties. Your best bet is to start marketing to off market properties because you will have multiple roadblocks trying to wholesale a property from the MLS, unless you plan on buying it yourself and then marketing it to buyers. I know thats probably not the answer you wanted to hear but its the honest answer to your question.
