I found vacant houses and wrote addresses now what ?

I found 5 vacant houses in my area in Detroit, MI and took down there addresses.

I have the app DealMachine which allows me to type in the address of the home, find the owner and automatically send out a mailer asking if they wanted to sale.

One of the owners was an LLC. If an existing company already owns the house does this qualify as a good lead?
