Do I have to pay a title company upfront?

I’m in Detroit, Michigan and in need of a title company and would prefer not to come out of hundreds of dollars upfront that I don’t have.

I’m freaking out, I really got my first call from my bandit sign!

I’m going to take a look at the house tomorrow what are some questions I should ask??

I have the address so should I start looking to make my contract now?

Wow I’m really nervous and excited. All advise is helpful. Thanks!

What’s a good website to use to find the number, emails, and/or addresses of the leads I find?

I met another wholesaler in my area who is more seasoned than me and willing to work with me (I’m a “newbie”).

Tomorrow we have our first meeting, my job is to help him find cash buyers to match with some current homes he has contracts for.

I’m ecstatic of course and he knows I’m a newbie. I’m just wondering if there’s any advice anyone could give in regards to if I should bring anything, what research should I do prior to, am I thinking about it too hard? Lol

I spoke with the owner of the house who is eager to sell for a really cheap price on Detroit's East Side.

When I go to find a cash buyer what kinds of questions do I ask the cash buyer?

Am I supposed to give them the address? I guess I'm just afraid of them taking the deal on there own.
