Wholesale newbie ! Advice on a deal

Greetings everyone! I’m excited to be apart of this growing community.

Ive recently ( past 2 months ) been drilling wholesale information and books into my brain.

During this process of learning the trade and communicating with others to help me reach my goals. I was directed to someone who is trying to get rid of his houses and move back out of state.

I thought this was a great opportunity to take for my first string of deals.

I’m in the CT market

I just wanted to get as much advice about what is to be expected and what steps should I be taking.

Currently I’m contacting different title companies/ closing attorneys to build that relationship up.

Next I was going to find a good source of buyers/investors that would even be interested in such deals.
