Hi BP,

I've managed to build up a pretty decent list of buyers. I just spent about 4 hours posting bandit signs around the city. I'm looking for a some advice on how to handle the calls when they start coming in.

Thanks,
Tivon

Answering your phone, voicemail answering it or hiring it answered really depends on your marketing budget..

The less opportunity the more direct answer you should do. However even at your best you can't answer all of the calls as they tend to arrive during the same hours of the day.. and if some have to go to voicemail why not set up a VM system to capture and call back the caller within minutes. Absolutely within an hour.

The bigger issue is two fold.

1) having the right script
2) understanding things like pacing, mimicking, positive /negative reinforcements, embedded commands and the use of silence.

IMHO learning telephone technique is as important as learning how to put a deal together..
