Tracking property owners in Atlanta

Is anyone firmiliar with the process of tracking a property owner in Atlanta (Fulton county) using the computers in the county deed room once I've attained the deed #?

I was in there fooling around with the system and the clerk said she was unfirmiliar with the process...(maybe it was too close to quittn time)...help!
