Wholesaling Houses With Tenants Inside....

I was wondering how would you go about wholesaling houses with tenants already inside? Is it recommended to proceed with these type of deals or just deal with houses that are vacant? How would you go about approaching wholesaling houses with tenants inside?

Thank you

These can still be done. I have to admit, I hate dealing with these particular properties. You just have to make sure that the owner is ok with you showing the property several times. You will come across some owners that don't want the tenant to know that the property is being sold, these are the ones who will give you a limited number of times to enter the property. In this case you will want to give your buyers a specific date that the property will be available for a showing.
