Whate are process for wholesaling?

As a newbie to REI with no money, I have come to understand that Wholesaling is the best place to start. However, I have a property next to me that have been vacant for over 6 months and I want to start Wholesaling with this property. Is there anyone on here willing to help with the steps and or processes that I need to follow?
