Any advice for us 20 year olds getting started with real estate?

I am currently 22 years old and I am just learning real estate and saving up for my first property/investment. While working on my credit and saving the most money as possible are my top priorities right now, what else should I be focusing on and learning that will ultimately help me become an successful flipper/investor? Any tips, advice, seeds of knowledge/wisdom will be greatly appreciated!
