Does anyone know if you are able to do a lease option in Texas? I’m new and learning as much as I can. I bought into a program and will be attending a seminar in August, one of the main strategies is investing through lease options. I was told that you are not able to use this technique in Texas? I live in San Antonio and have got to get out of the rat race. If anyone could offer some insight on this I would greatly appreciate it!
