wholesale assignment fee
hey bp ran across a potential deal the owner is asking 789k for a 2 family vacant building all brick needs full reno already gutted out how would i approach a deal like this i already spoke with owner i looked into the arv and its about 1million 500 so how would i assign this and what can be my fee for this deal that makes sense need help moving forward thanks.
