Do you think it’s a market for new investors in wholesailing In Areas like (lower or upper westchester, Nyc Bronx or queens, New Jersey) ??? Because I am young and want to start a real estate business but don’t have the capital yet to start fix n flip or buy and holds yet or tax certificates.
