Hello My name is Sebastian, the past few weeks I’ve been doing research because I want to get started on real estate! I’ve seen several strategies to invest but the one that seems most appealing for me is wholesaling.

I have been educating myself on the subject and I have found that there are several ways to market as a wholesaler.

Most people agree with certain marketing channels such as D4D, Networking, cold calling, RVM and obviously direct mail.

Since there are so many different ways to market my question is which of these marketing channels do you recommend that are the most cost-effective for a young newbie wholesaler with a full time job?

@Abel Curiel thank you so much! I will get on and start doing that.

Also, are there any good sources or sites that you recommend to find motivated sellers ?
