When flipping Probate properties.........

Is it a must that I be the one to take pictures of the properties that are in probate? I want to take my step towards getting Probates under contract. Would I have access to go to where the Probate properties are located to take pictures to show buyers after I posted them online? Would the executor of the estate allow me to do this? and if so how would I go about getting pictures of the property and posting it online? I asked this because I know how other investors will see my postings online about the property, but they will want to see a picture of the property as well. To me, this would not feel too comfortable invading through the probated homes while the decendants are still in the home.
